Pre-Orders are a great way to ensure you get the latest and greatest toys and collectibles as soon as they release! Simply Put, a pre-order is an order you make with us to hold an item for you until its estimated release.
Pre-Order Listings
As soon as permission Is Granted by our suppliers, Any And all new pre-orders Are Posted immediately through our store and social media accounts! We try to provide the most up to date and accurate pricing and release information for each item provided by our suppliers.
Pre-Order Pricing
Pricing for each item Is Listed As Accurately And Competitively As Possible based on all information given to us by our suppliers and manufacturers. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Price changes may be Due To trade tariffs, increased manufacturing costs, and increased shipping costs.
If an item’s price Is Reduced for any reason, You Will Be Charged the lesser price at the time of processing.
Are My Pre-Orders Guaranteed?
Every fan gets excited for new pre-orders and rightly so! However, having a preorder does not always guarantee fulfillment. It’s widely misunderstood that manufacturers can “Simply make more”. For many suppliers and manufacturers this is not always the case. Pre-order fulfillment ultimately comes down to availability, and that is sometimes out of our control. We Are Rarely Given full details on product availability, but our buying team does their very best to secure as much product as possible from our suppliers to help fill your needs.
Pre-Order Arrival & Release Dates
Generally Speaking, the estimated arrival date provided to us by the manufacturer is accurate. However, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss release dates due to manufacturing delays, shipments held by customs or the release dates Are Pushed back months at a time. You can always check the product item page for the most up-to-date information on availability or release.
Pre-Order Items with Different Release Dates
You are welcome to place anything on preorder you wish! However, we do strongly recommend placing separate orders for Pre-Order items that have varying release months. Items will be held on your order until all items can ship together. You may contact us to have in-stock items shipped ahead if you wish!
Pre-Orders Held with Credit Card
Pre-Orders held with a valid Credit Card Are Pre-Authorized for a small fee which Is Subsequently Refunded. Credit Cards Are Only Fully Charged for the remaining balance once your item arrives in stock. If you have additional items scheduled to release on a later date, we hold those items until your complete order is ready to ship. If you wish to have any items shipped ahead of any outstanding pre-orders, please contact help@zergtoys.com and we will process your shipment right away.
Pre-Order Held with PayPal
Placing pre-orders by PayPal requires the full Amount Of The order to Be Paid upfront, Even If The Order Is Placed With A PayPal Issued Credit Card. Therefore, we encourage you to use Any Of The Major Credit Cards (Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Am Ex) to secure your pre-order. If you have additional items that have yet to arrive, we hold those in-stock items until all items from your order arrive and are ready to ship. Alternatively, if you wish to utilize our "Ship Upon Availability" feature those items will need to be placed on a sperate order or placed using a valid credit card. No Hassle Pre-Order Cancellation
We offer our fans a no-hassle policy toward cancelations. If At Any Time prior to your items shipping from our warehouse you wish to cancel your order you may do so through your account page or you can email us at help@zergtoys.com.
We do not charge re-stocking fees or cancellation fees on any product!
We appreciate when customers use our Pre-Order system for its intended purpose. Which is to get their hands on their favorite toys & collectibles as soon as possible! It Is Not Appreciated however when customers attempt to abuse that system by pre-ordering items they never intend to purchase or attempting to circumvent purchase limits on select items. If we determine a customer is abusing our Pre-Order Policy, we reserve the right to a require a 50% non-refundable down payment or full payment for every pre-order placed by that customer.
Combining In-Stock & Pre-Order Items
While we strongly recommend placing orders for Pre-Order and In-Stock items separately, you may combine in-stock and pre-order items. Funds Will Be Captured for all In-Stock items. Those Items Are Held until the Pre-Order items arrive. Note, if you wish for your in-stock items to ship immediately then we ask that you please place a separate order for those In-Stock items separately.
